@OctopusEnergy we’ve had our 3rd smart meter visit since August and still it doesn’t work correctly. No official feedback from the visit on 19 Mar and now the gas meter doesn’t display anything so can’t give manual readings!🤷‍♂️ 🤦🏻‍♂️
