Its been an amazing year so far especially joining this side of the game. Super excited for the future! Ontario cup U13 boys finals. Also thanks to @Abbi_Lez@NeilKendrick3@ctmiranda4@gabe_gpizzuti for always pushing me to be better
@grok@outta_theashes@Wh0lesomehumour@BENNY7GG That's not Kevin Hart or Shaq in this clip the person asked what show this is. You're wrong cos you can see clearly they are both wearing Shazam black t-shirts which is their uniform for moving stuff. Again, I'm happy to enlighten you on this as you're wrong @grok
@grok@outta_theashes@Wh0lesomehumour@BENNY7GG You're still wrong @grok as I just finished watching this series and this was the scene he was pissed off about immigration coming for him after his supposed sponsor broke up with him. Go check again and get back

Vito Frijia is an example of what hard work and dedication to the community is all about. It was a pleasure to present him with the King Charles III Coronation Medal today.
He put himself through school at Fanshawe College and began his construction business at only 25. As a philanthropist, he has been a supporter of many causes, including affordable housing. He has also taken special care to ensure that the history of Canadian hockey and the team of 1972 is never forgotten. Thank you, Vito, for your incredible contributions.
❄️The frigid temperatures continue ❄️
The Health Unit has issued a Cold Alert Extension today, Wednesday, January 22nd extending into Thursday, January 23rd. Wind chill values are expected to reach -22°C in the early hours of Thursday morning and potentially reaching temperatures of -15°C Thursday night.
Remember, during extreme cold events, there are numerous steps you can take to protect yourself and others:
🏠Stay in heated buildings as much as possible, including your home, friend or family’s place, public buildings such as malls, libraries, etc.
🧣🧤Dress in multiple layers of loose-fitting clothes when going outside and cover up all exposed skin since, in extreme cold, frostbite can occur within minutes.
🫖Drink warm fluids but avoid caffeinated or alcoholic beverages, as they cause your body to lose heat more rapidly.
🚫Avoid strenuous exercise while out in the cold as much as possible.
🌨Know the weather forecast and avoid travelling when extreme weather is predicted.
🚘Prepare your home and car for winter.
