@googlenest your support rep tells a very different story. First you trick users into upgrading which reduces functionalities of the device. Then you oblige users to subscribe to a 2x more expensive service. Dreadful commercial practice. #ripoff @TechCrunch @PaoloMule

@googlenest now charges DOUBLE i.e. 100% MORE to provide the functionalities of Nest Aware. For example it will now delete arbitrarily video history on the 5€/m subscription, pushing you to upgrade to the 100€/m subscription. A Ripoff. You have lost me as a customer

@dosdude1 Cannot connect to MacBook5,1 over WiFi when in sleep mode. Is ‘Wake for network access’ broken on 10.15.4? all patches have been applied. On other partition with ElCapitan works flawlessly. Cheers

@samshank was left in the cold after midnight with no one to open the door. useless service support on @HotelTonight and ended up going to another hotel. no compensation provided! Shameful service.
