Listen,

Before you commit to marrying a woman,

Scrutinize her family.

Know her culture, beliefs and traditions.

Don't marry a woman whose family's beliefs and traditions conflict with yours.

Marry a woman whose cultural beliefs are in agreement with your beliefs.

She and her family must agree to let her become subservient to your family and even religion.

If she is SDA, and you are Catholic, she must abandon SDA and become a Catholic.

She has no excuse for insisting on being SDA. If she is not ready, end the commitment immediately.

Know her parents.

You might be marrying a woman whose father is a night-runner and whose mother is a witch.

Her parents must first respect your parents.

You are doing them a favour by marrying their daughter. Otherwise, she would be a burden to them, fighting her mother, competing with her brothers, and leaving behind a chain of fatherless babies.

If her parents despise your parents because they think your parents are poor, or because they are of a community they loathe, then don't commit.

You must get this right.

Don't just meet a woman in the streets or in college, start an affair, and then impregnate her, and then marry.

This is starting on the wrong footing.

Understand her origin.

• Where does she come from?

• Who is her father?

• What is her family history

• Where are her elder sisters? Are they married?

Otherwise, you will discover serious wounds that were hidden from you, and it will be too late to undo the damage.

Don't marry these rudderless, uncouth, alcoholic women of the city.

They will become an unnecessary burden in your life.

In the end, you and the children will suffer.

But most of you think that because you went to Harvard, have a PhD, and drive a Porsche, you are so clever.

Families that disavow their cultural source will eventually collapse.

Finally, the successful applicants whom I supported have been enrolled in college.

20 joined diploma classes in several technical courses.

2 joined Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

RPL is for students who didn't go to high school but have skills that need recognition.

This year, I have sponsored 62 learners in this project.

The aim is to see the youth of Luhya land acquire skills that can uplift them.

The only thing that can give us leverage is wealth creation through skills acquisition.

There is no dignity in poverty.

I wish them all the best.

The lymphatic system is the body's sewage network.

Unlike the cardiovascular system, it has no pump.

It moves only when you move.

A sedentary lifestyle often produces the following in the lymphatic system:

• Congestion that manifests as puffiness, swollen glands, and sluggish immunity

• Toxin accumulation that the body cannot clear fast enough

• Breast tissue congestion - the lymph nodes under the arm drain the breast

Walk every day. Movement is the lymphatic pump.

Do dry brushing before showering - it stimulates lymphatic flow in the skin.

Wear loose clothing - tight bras and waistbands restrict lymphatic drainage.

A body that moves clears its waste.

HOW ART AND CREATIVITY BUILD A MAN'S MASCULINE PURPOSE:

Every man who embarks on the individuation process must nurture his anima.

The anima is the inner feminine dimension within a man's psyche.

It expresses a man's emotions, intuition, creativity, imagination, capacity to love, and his relationship with his unconscious.

The anima is in 4 levels:

1. Eve

2. Helen

3. Mary

4. Sophia

EVE and HELEN are the sexual and romantic levels where a man is lost in the illusion of feminine charm. This is where most men get stuck and become simps.

MARY is the spiritual level where a man sees women as spiritual beings capable of fulfilling his spiritual desires, or if not careful, a chaotic MARY is capable of obliterating him.

SOPHIA is at the advanced level. This is where a man sees the feminine as the inner truth. He sees a woman as a reflection of his deepest shadow, and if a woman doesn't match his inner truth, she is discarded immediately before he gets attached to her (Oneitis).

Gardening (flowers), writing poetry, learning a musical instrument, drawing, carving, designing textiles and culinary arts are examples of activities that connect you to your deepest, innermost shadow of truth.

Do you know why many men are unable to let go of a woman even when she is toxic?

It is because such men are terrified of their SOPHIA.

They are disconnected from SOPHIA, and that means they are disconnected from their unconsciousness.

Then, when a woman threatens to leave, the man is so terrified because she has handed him a mirror that reflects his hollow, wounded anima.

Wounds inside a man's anima can be traced from the EVE level, which is where a man depends on a woman for nutrition, survival and validation. The EVE archetype is basically his mother.

A wounded man depends on a woman to cook, launder, feed him and advise him. This is the mama's boy. A wounded boy. He can't live alone because he is terrified.

A lot of wounded men are wounded by their mothers.

How?

They were attached to their mothers from childhood to adulthood until the dependence left a wound in their psyche.

These men can't stand a rejection from a woman they admire.

They would cry, be depressed and would obliterate their lives because the depth of the EVE WOUND is so painful to bear.

What do we tell men who are depressed because of a heartbreak or a divorce to do?

• Journal

• Write a book

• Learn poetry

• Learn art and design

• Create a carving

• Plant flowers

• Go to the rural areas and do farming

All these are activities that connect deeply with your SOPHIA, the highest level in your anima archetype.

By mastering your anima, you take control of your frame, thereby preventing effeminate emotions from dominating your masculine desires.

To avoid being stuck to a woman like a tick on a cow, dig deeper into your SOPHIA and unchain yourself from the chains of oneitis.

Creation is an anima act.

Anima appears in activities that connect a man to nature, beauty, symbols, dreams, and creativity

How can teachers be conned?

Teachers!

These are the professionals who teach our children about morals, discipline, forthrightness, patience and hard work.

In Mathematics, English literature, History, Religion and Social Studies, they teach with figures, passages, and lived stories about being cautious when investing your money.

In these subjects, they emphasise doing due diligence and educating children that you can't earn a windfall overnight.

You must work hard, consistently and patiently to earn legitimate income.

If teachers can be gullibly conned, then what is the purpose of EDUCATION?

I would recommend every body to make some lumpsome money ,not a lot but enough. Enough to pay off your debts ,school fees for a year ,rent for some months and all other expenses catered for .After you have made this money I want you to take time off , dnt go on holiday or the village just stay where you live and slow down . Dnt think about starting business or any project, just eat sleep and go for walks .
This gives you an aerial view of the rat race , you will listen to your neighbors waking up at the crack of dawn and coming back at night, you will watch stress consume them as they chase numbers on a screen . You will learn that life is not all about making more . Only then will your life begin .
