Very disappointed with the customer service I have received from @marksandspencer order cancelled two weeks later but all items still in stock online? Have been told I can reorder but could happen again! I won’t chance it thanks…

Beyond disappointed with the customer service we have received from @Victorianplumb after spending almost £4000 with them. Our issue has been outstanding for over a month, and still no closer to having it resolved! No answer to emails and no phone lines open 😡

@Victorianplumb Worst Customer service I have ever had. No phone number, don’t reply to emails ever, no idea when my item might turn up. If it ever does !!
Ordered on the 4th July..... still waiting

@Victorianplumb If you are still open and delivering you should be able to deal with customer issues after they have spent the best part of £4000 with you. Your customer service is appalling!
