Western leaders and the media shrugged off the Odessa tragedy of 2 May 2014, when dozens of ethnic Russian men and women were burned alive in the Trade Unions House. Their crime: Opposing Obama's CIA-engineered coup in Kiev that toppled democratically elected Viktor Yanukovych.

Three months earlier, February 2014, Obama State Department official Victoria Nuland passed out snacks during rioting in Kiev as NATO rooftop snipers killed both police & protestors, creating chaos and confusion, forcing Yanukovych to flee the country - the Donbass civil war point of no return.

Nuland boasted that the US had spent $5 billion on regime change in #Ukraine. The subsequent buildup of the Ukrainian army to NATO standards and the shelling of the Donbass - targeting and killing civilians - betrayed the NATO gambit to weaken and subjugate Russia, cloaked in the myth of defending Ukrainian democracy.
