Confirmed by @afriforum: Applicants for refugee status to the US were indeed intimidated during a raid on a refugee centre. I personally spoke to one of those who were intimidated. She told me they were threatened with the words, “We now know who you are,” and mocked with, “Ah, shame, so many whities fleeing.”

She further stated that she, her family, and others were continuously filmed while walking to their cars, in an effort to intimidate them.
