For years, two sets of chimpanzees lived as one in Ugandaโs Kibale National Park โ grooming, interacting and patrolling their territory in a cohesive community.
Then suddenly, one set charged the other, touching off yearslong bloodshed. https://t.co/CTgGUx9TGa

I don't care how many Harvard, Cambridge, Stanford, Oxford and Chatham House lectures you've attended;
Business in Africa cannot grow significantly, without reform in governance. You can't write Government out of China's growth story, and if you think you can "create Africa's Amazon/Alibaba" without logistics (roads, railways ports) or "Africa's leading AI Data Centers" without electricity, I am here to tell you that you are wasting your time.
We shy away from addressing governance, because it is risky, we could die in the process of challenging it - and also because many of us benefit from the existing corrupt, directionless order.
The Africa Electricity Symposium (AES), organized by the Electricity Regulatory Authority, is a platform that brings together researchers from Academia, Electricity industry players, Policymakers, and Energy enthusiasts.
We invite authors to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that present research findings, project developments, survey studies, and industry experiences.

Parliament has learnt that Mulago National Referral Hospital has been allocated only Shs17.756Bn for the purchase of Specialised Medical Supplies to treat the rest of Ugandans for the full year in 2025/26, yet Uganda Revenue Authority has been given Shs18.2Bn for the purchase of medicines for its staff for the same year.
This came to light during a meeting held between Parliamentโs Health Committee and officials from Mulago National Referral Hospital who had appeared to present the 2025/26 Hospitalโs budget, led by Dr. Rosemary Byanyima the Executive Director, who warned that if at least Shs101Bn is availed for the provision of Specialised Medical Supplies, the Hospital will continue sending patients to buy their own medicines outside the Hospital.

They are now deploying Uganda's UPDF soldiers to protect Wen Mayardit . Am told that each UPDF soldier is paid $200 per day while our Malnourished unpaid Soldiers have nothing. Our Primitive soldiers can't show their anger because Tribalism and Sycophancy are holding them back.
