@KenyaPower_Care There has been no power in parts of Emanda Sub location, Central Maragoli, near Emanda Primary School for the past two days. And the Mbale Team is very unresponsive.
In 2020 when I strongly discouraged my followers from swallowing statins in the name of blocking cholesterol, I was heavily chided.
"Do you want people to die?"
"You are killing people with your misinformation."
In 2021 when I wrote this blog (https://t.co/Kc50MVi5gZ) encouraging people to eat cholesterol,
I was trolled by textbook experts:
"Don't read his blog. You will die."
But 5 years later, the truth keeps coming out.
Cholesterol is important. Don't block it.
Don't swallow statins. Avoid them.

Nowadays,
So many women above 18 years can't cook or wash clothes,
Or,
Even sweep where they live.
So lazy, so disorganized and so dirty.
The only thing they know is to come on social media to troll people.
It is shameful.
I pity the men who will marry these sloths.
When bones become weak and fragile, we call it OSTEOPOROSIS.
When our ageing parents go to the hospital due to osteoporosis, they are prescribed useless calcium supplements, that eventually worsen their problems.
What they need:
• Vitamin K2: Plentiful in beef liver and grass-fed eggs.
• Vitamin D3: This is plenty from the sun.
• SALT
• Strength training: This is achieved through walking, lifting, pushing and pulling.
The last one is important because bone density is built by exposing bones to weight resistance.
Strength training actively stimulates bone remodelling, increases muscle mass, and improves balance thereby reducing both bone loss and the risk of falls.
Strength training begins with low-impact activities like WALKING and doing domestic chores.
Your ageing parents don't need calcium supplements. These supplements are expensive and useless.
Calcium supplements worsen osteoporosis, hypertension and diabetes.

Look at Edward VIII, a British king who abdicated his throne in 1936 for Wallis Simpson, an American divorcee. Edward was smitten, defying his family, the Church, and his nation to marry her. He invested his royal identity and emotional future in Wallis, expecting a fairy-tale romance. While they did marry, the cost was immense: he lost his crown, lived in exile, and faced a life of diminished relevance. Some argue Wallis wasn’t as emotionally committed as he was, and their later years hinted at her disillusionment. Edward’s all-in emotional bet didn’t fail in the sense of separation, but it stripped him of his purpose and legacy.
One classic case of a man who invested in a woman and lost is Mark Antony, the Roman general and statesman. Antony became deeply enamored with Cleopatra, the Queen of Egypt, and invested not just emotions but his entire political and military career into their relationship. Their alliance was passionate and legendary, but it led to his downfall. His emotional attachment clouded his judgment, pulling him away from Rome and into a war against Octavian (later Augustus). At the Battle of Actium in 31 BC, Antony’s forces were defeated, and he ultimately took his own life after believing Cleopatra had died. His emotional investment in her didn’t just fail—it cost him everything.
The places where money is involved people betray each other.
Working colleagues aren't your relatives.
Everybody is there for self-interest.
Stay secretive in the workplace.
After work, take your tools and go home.
Remember, the goal is self-employment.
