@Standish1620 @Bossy_Leah I don’t think it’s as straight forward as anxiety when the concept of altruistic filicide is so ego dystonic. When well, she was able to follow a rational line of thinking and “I’m going to kill my children to prevent their suffering” is a break from reality.
