Glad to share this CRISPR study in @hxu1101 lab, working together with @Leon9168 and @Rongj_Fu, we performed high-throughput viability screens and off-target screens using two Cas9 variants: HiFi and LZ3 and revealed guide-specific loss of efficiency and off-target reduction.
