@TPExpressTrains I bought a 1st ticket on the app to Manchester, only option was via carlisle at the time. I arrived and was told there are planned engineering works, and put in a bus. Given I am obviously not going 1st now, how to I get a refund on my ticket.

@TPExpressTrains my train to Manchester yesterday was cancelled, now my train back to Edinburgh today is cancelled. You could not make it up. Just have to laugh and get on with the fiasco of getting home. Don't see issue on other trains.

@360skischool Sadly we won't get to ski as planned this Christmas due to restrictions imposed on UK travel. Everyone has been great with refunds, apart from 360skischool Les Gets,who are ignoring the situation and not providing any refund. Warning to all booking ski lessons with this company.
