Quand ce n’est pas une nouvelle affaire liée à la sécurité, une nouvelle obligation déclarative ou une nouvelle fuite de données, c’est une nouvelle règle fiscale

Je ne parle même pas de la proposition visant à rendre obligatoire la déclaration des gros portefeuilles crypto… (Vu le contexte sécuritaire dans la crypto en France : il faut avoir envie de se mettre une cible dans le dos en communiquant ce genre d’informations sensibles).

Au passage, il y a une bonne nouvelle quand même: le report des moins-values sur 10 ans

Mais rendre imposable le passage d’une crypto vers un stablecoin ? Sérieusement ?

C’était probablement l’un des derniers vrais leviers de souplesse fiscale qui restaient aux investisseurs crypto français. Pouvoir sécuriser ses gains sans déclencher immédiatement une imposition et payer au moment où on voulait prendre ses profits en poche.

Les stablecoins c’était l’aire de repos quand un investisseur sortaint du marché très volatile de la crypto avant de reprendre la course plus tard. Maintenant cette aire est payante ?

Précision importante : l’amendement, porté par Nicolas Sansu et des députés du groupe GDR dont les communistes, a été adopté en commission des finances le 7 octobre. Il n’a pas encore été « définitivement voté » et n’a donc aucune force de loi à ce stade

Mais franchement la direction prise n’a rien de rassurant.

J’ai toujours eu envie d’y croire. Mais à un moment, ça n’a plus de sens
