Humbled to announce our partnership with @neevcloud_IN - a unique customer for our patented rocket upper stage.

In 2019, a conversation about using the Stefan Boltzmann “to-the-power-of-4” equation to dissipate heat from a data center module was discussed with them.

6 years later, now, going to space for energy conversion and energy dissipation is being spoken about a lot by everyone. Here is our way of doing it - using our extendable #Agnibaan upper stage as a platform to host a space data center module in orbit.

As the world wakes up to exploring space for energy generation and dissipation, here is a #MadeinIndiaForTheWorld attempt to make that commercial with our existing upper stage technology.

We closed out 2025 with a moment worth recognizing: all-time highs in revenue and transaction volume. We closed more revenue in Q4 than the entire previous year combined. And for the first time since launching Lithic, we’re cashflow positive.

I want to talk about the journey to get here over the past few years. The less glamorous part of building that rarely gets talked about.

We launched in 2021, during a time that felt similar in many ways to the current era - except instead of LLM excitement, it was peak fintech euphoria. Everyone was becoming a fintech. It felt like embedded finance was on page one of every SaaS strategy deck.

Then the market turned. Capital became scarce for everyone and some of our customers even ran out of money.

We made a deliberate choice to put our heads down and ignore the hype cycle. We focused on the customers we could serve best. We trimmed back newer initiatives. We built boring infrastructure that just works. We obsessed over compliance, reporting correctness, and uptime. We optimized for durability, not growth at all costs.

It was slow, expensive, and there were moments of real doubt.

But our customers stayed with us. Our investors believed in us. And through it all, our team kept building. Quietly. Relentlessly.

Sometimes it isn’t about timing the market. It’s about continuing to build when the market stops caring.

It’s going to be a good year. We’re just getting started. 🚀

Our semiconductor mission has a component - Design Linked Incentives - DLI - to encourage startups who innovate and design chips.

Supported by DLI Scheme and IIT-M expertise, Mindgrove Technologies has designed secure IoT chips. These are designed for CCTV cameras, industry 4.0 applications, and other IoT devices.

This high-performance microcontroller System-on-Chip will also enable trusted indigenous solutions for strategic sectors.

Humbled to announce the successful firing of India’s first electric motor-driven semi-cryogenic engine (video below).

This video shows the engine being throttled across a wide range of thrusts by varying the speed of the electric motor. Electric motor-driven throttling allows for higher accuracy and rapid response - important features for handling complex trajectories. Also, regarding flight readiness, this test is a key milestone towards firing a cluster of engines together.

Additionally, this system continues to use our signature single-piece engine that Agnikul has always used. Along with the patented engine, many subsystems of the pump were also 3D-printed and assembled at our AS9100D certified facility - Rocket Factory - 1. The motor drives and associated control software were also fully designed and developed in-house.
