@nzpoliticsgroup He's a leader that lacks basic political instinct -
In August 2023, Luxon was also highly dismissive of NZF's chances of making it back into Parliament. He told journalists:
"I have seen nothing that suggests to me that New Zealand First is making it into Parliament".
"Yeah, I wanna pay more tax," says Greens co-leader Marama Davidson.
Unfortunately, host Ryan Bridge never followed up on this statement. He could have immediately said "How much more?". Then asked why, if she was being truthful, she had not voluntarily made a bank transfer for that amount to the IRD every year.
One only has to observe Marama's body language to know she's being insincere. She doesn't want to pay more tax herself, she just wants everyone else to pay more.
So she and every other over-paid shiny arsed govt bureaucrat can continue living the high life at the taxpayer's expense.
"The govt needs more" she says. Of course it does, for it will under socialism always need more and more and more until the host at last dies under the weight of an unbearable number of parasites.
Govt spending is already over 40% of GDP and in actuality far more than the country can sustain. That's why we're $182 billion in debt.
Before President Milei took office in 2023, Argentina's govt was spending 38% of GDP and was over $400 billion in debt. Inflation was running at over 200% and Argentinians, especially the poor, were still starving.
Giving more tax to politicians like Marama Davidson is not a fix, its a recipe for utter disaster.
@TheRedbaiter The more we pay the Greens the more they tithe back to their Party at least 10% of their pre-tax salary goes back to the party. This rule has been a core feature of the party agreements since 1999, and all candidates agree to this financial commitment before entering Parliament.
@OpinionistNZ "The price of peace is eternal vigilance.
Peace is never guaranteed. It demands our active participation, constant awareness, and the unwavering willingness to defend our way of life from those who threaten it."
3 men out of 12 at the top of Labour’s list
1 man in the top 7 for the Greens
Debtkins and other cis white men’s days are numbered in Labour and the Greens
According to the left, cis white men are the primary holders of unearned privilege atop interlocking systems of patriarchy, white sprmcy and heteronormativity
Their traits are inherently oppressive to women, POC, and LGBTQ+ people, requiring them to check their privilege and yield space/power for “equity”
These parties are only heading in one direction and it isn't towards men
@Suitandtie9999 Hipkins 2022: Ordered NZ Police — more "representation of other ethnicities" in senior roles.
Naidoo as the Ethnic Communities boss, delivers the woke agenda... then ditches his job of 25yrs for #13 on Labour’s list.
DEI loyalty rewarded with a safe seat. Nothing to see here.
@YoungBobRB British policing has gone full PC Principal + Cartman Hallway Monitors
Instead of fighting real crime, cops have became speech monitors logging 'non-crime hate incidents' jokes, tweets, wrong pronouns.
Wasted thousands of hours on hallway-level squabbles while communities suffer
@mjdutt New Zealand was a chill place before she was installed. Not perfect, but we mostly got along. The Ardern era brought division, mandates, co-governance, race-based policy, rising tensions, more child poverty & housing unaffordability. History won’t be so kind.
