Back to dressing measures to avoid GBV, Doing so risks oversimplifying a very serious issue.

Let’s focus on analyzing each case individually. Protect victims. Give the perpetrators the fight they deserve. No excuse, dressing included gives reason to such violence.

This is not a police enforcement matter rwose. Imbaraga z’umurengerera where it’s not even necessary creating a culture where every social disagreement is treated as a policing issue. 🪫
