Twitter has broken just about every piece of this FTX story using blockchain analytics, while NYT is writing puff pieces on a criminal.
Feels like a turning point for citizen journalism and loss of trust in MSM.
Two big lessons:
1: Never use a token you created as collateral.
2: Don’t borrow if you run a crypto business. Don't use capital "efficiently". Have a large reserve.
Binance has never used BNB for collateral, and we have never taken on debt.
Stay #SAFU.🙏
@Route2FI This was coming. Companies keeping their own coin on the balance sheet as collateral is completely unacceptable, but as long as investors are giving money to companies doing it, it will keep happening. Maybe it had to be something this big to get investors to wise up.
Don’t say “cheese” when you take my picture, say “look like you’re smiling for the first time and you’re not sure how it’s done”, because that’s what you’re gonna get.
@Dan_Dizz Congratulations! 🎉
We've thought about it long and hard and we think 69 RTs and 420 likes would be a worthy target 👀
Let's see how it goes and we'll see what we can whip up on our end 🔥
@markstrahl I am saddened that almost no one has actually looked at the picture.
This picture was mocked up by someone as a joke. No one is commenting on the transfer of 10k to “Prince Nonfakeé of Nigeria”. Seriously?
Dude. You are an MP. You are embarrassing yourself and the country.
@david_depiero@thomasdaigle No one has the right to block roads and hurt people and the economy of the entire country. Everyone has the right to protest. The police game them plenty of warning- more than they should have. I don’t know why an injunction is needed just to enforce existing traffic laws.
@Maritimecutie This is excellent, thank you for sharing. I feel parts of this but have not been able to get my head around it or describe it in a way that is clear. This helps a great deal. Thank you!
