@EdN618 @Rightanglenews Crime. My neighbor as a young man in the shitty part of Seattle was into lots of street trouble. My sister and his mom were friends. I could have been put on the list for being seen with him. Potentially me being targeted by police, or losing job opportunities.

A person could be added to the list without a crime being committed or probable cause. Associating with a gang member classmate can get you added. No proof these list decrease

@MattWalshBlog I graduated college with two Somali immigrants. Both had many family members killed from war. One is a physician assistant at a children's hospital and one is a respiratory therapist at Mayo. Both wonderful family men. I'd say they are a net positive to this country.
