In a speech last night Kisner disclosed that the existing liberal Superintendent, Dr. Jill Underly, has twice changed the testing standards. So one can't really even take the kids' test results as believable as Underly moved the goal posts, twice.

Liberal Underly has pushed the crime of boys in girls' locker rooms and the DEI nonsense while the kids get sidelined. Underly played a big part in the horrible 32% number.
