6.ANC stops payments to Ezulweni claiming SARS matters and fraud that was tested in the Constitutional Court and starts to challenge the Constitutional Court descion in 2025 after selling the fact that they had resolved the matter with Ezulweni to every voter ,South African and opposition party.

Now we ask?
1. Why did the ANC enter into a settlement in 2024 despite knowing Ezulweni was "frauds"?
Was it just so that they could contest the elections?
Did they manipulate South African voters by lying that they had settled their debt when in fact they had not? Cyril Ramaphosa went national stating the matter was settled, what was settled? Or was the matter DELAYED FOR THE BENEFIT Of THE ANC TO CONTEST THE ELECTIONS.
Did they intentionally stall settlement to avoid accountability.

If Ezulweni had liquidated the ANC, which it had full right to do, the ANC would not have been able to stand for the 2024 elections.

Meaning that they manipulated their right to be at the polls. If this is true, and they did not pay Ezulweni, then they robbed every other political party it's right to fairly contest the election.

If they did pay Ezulweni, then they need to provide South Africa with proof of its full payment to Ezulweni. Then and only then can the ANC be trusted again.
