@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thank you I got through but have to have an engineer come again!!!. The engineer said yesterday all sorted and it’s my hub that’s faulty, however I can only have a new hub if I pay for it via an increased package. Disappointed, I will be looking to move I think 🤔
