@Garmin feature suggestion- if I program a complicated run into my watch, I should be able to export and share with a friend doing the run with me so they can sync with their watch as well. Crazy that you can only send to your own watch!
@ITAAirways Then this morning, we nearly missed our flight after a delay in the passport control line. Staff both phoned us and someone literally ran with us to the gate to make sure we were able to board. Myself, my spouse and two sons are so grateful 🙏

@ITAAirways Both! We first had to call the Customer Center to have our rescheduled flights adjusted and spoke with an actual person promptly who quickly got all 4 of us on a direct flight for today. 1/2
@NYCMayor Please take a look at @optimum -they berate you on the phone for 40 minutes when you try to cancel, offer unbelievable deals to stay and then jack the prices.
Canceling my @optimum internet (after several area outages) was the literal worst. I had to request to cancel for over 30 minutes repeatedly while being ignored and berated by the retention dept. In line an hour to return the modem. Will never be a customer again.
Ok @Amtrak, I’m now on my second delayed trip home in less than two weeks, this time from DC. We have no updates and they have just turned the train off. Can you provide an estimated departure time? Northeast Regional 156. 😭
Having a not great delayed @Amtrak Acela trip from Boston to NYC (train 2163) on the heels of a dear friend’s funeral, but props to the conductor who has a good sense of humor- please share our thanks 🙏 It really makes a difference.
Our local @USPSHelp mailbox (SE corner of Jefferson and Stuyvesant) was removed for curb repair but hasn’t been replaced. Is it coming back? Can you help, @CMChiOsse?
@HPSupport my son's laptop, under warranty, has been send in to HP 3x by Best Buy (where we bought it) and it returns every time with the same problem and stops working again the next day. He's now spent weeks without it and needs it for school. Pls help me resolve this.
