Decent person that has had life turned upside down due to the real life pitfalls of being a brand new landlord in Scotland. All tweets are our opinions.
@BootsUK whilst trying desperately to resolve a dispute with you over an item you never sent. @_care_BootsUK reached out pretending to be you and scammed me £700. Luckily @firstdirect came in and saved the day. What a mess you have created for me @BootsUK
@ScotRail Hi. Are there any updates about devices from Ayr to Glasgow? The Scotrail app is saying they are all cancelled yet your web page had not been updated since 10 am. Thank you
@_care_BootsUK Done. But I’ve already been on the phone to customer services and been emailing again and again with my refund claim constantly rejected. I did not received my perfume on 17th Jan and it took 6 emails until end of Feb before I even got a reply. Since then it has been worse!
@BootsUK what is the address that I can sent paperwork to summons you to the Sheriff Court using the simple procedure was you’ve broken the consumer rights act and repeatedly given the most appalling customer service? You have treated me exceptionally poorly.
@ScotRail This is the third time in two weeks that the Glasgow to Ayr line has been sow and all the trains are off and I can’t get to work or home.
I be got the train to Kilmarnock and need to get to Barassie will you please pay for a taxi?
@PaversShoes absolutely disgusted your courier has left our order on our front step in full view and regarded these as a safe place. We did not give you permission to do this and we are an away for 3 more days. Shocking. Will be calling police if stolen on return
@RoyalMail Disgusting. Utter fraud. Calling police. Parcel said delivered and signed for by me yet I’m 30 miles away. Not my signature and dumped outside £300 parcel. @PoliceScotland theft? fraud?
@Jenny_1884 Many civil servants created the job retention scheme so that hundreds of thousands could get paid during COVID. So I take it those that criticise civil servants will thus want to hand it back now. Seem no! Bloody hypocrisy
@Jenny_1884 What a rediculous post. Pure none sense.
We had a 15% £12k mortgage. House values 3 bed semi £35k. Petrol 20p per litre. NHS worked so no private medical insurance etc….didn’t need to pay £600 per month into private pension or £150 for TV subs. And council tax? Lol
