BBC Radio 4 had Sue Barker on this morning and she made the good point that Tennis Australia have not explained why Novak Djokovic was allowed an exemption for testing positive on Dec 16 when the supposed cut-off date was Dec 10.
If #Djokovic lawyers don’t challenge Minister Hawke’s decision in the court or are unsuccessful doing that, he will be deported from Australia immediately.

@MikeLupica Totally agree. He did not follow protocols. It was his choice not to get vaccinated and it is Australian Government’s choice to allow or not allow unvaccinated people in their country. He is a fabulous tennis player but not bigger than the law. He must withdraw from #AO2022
