This AI-generated video has been going viral (and rightly so). 🔥

However, people are asking how it was done and who this man is.

Ask and thou shall receive 👇

- Martin Haerlin is a director from Germany who has an editing background.

- That said, the "editing" was done on a basic level. Martin claims the "real work" was finding funny stories to tell, which connects to his story telling skills.

- @runwayml (Gen-1 not Gen-2) for video, @elevenlabs for audio and iMovie for editing. That's it.

- Each prompt was no longer than 15-20 words.

- It took collectively only three days of work over a span of five days:

* 1 hr shooting,
* 2 hrs pre-editing & uploading to Runway,
* ~12hrs with Gen-1 prompting, generating previews, downloading results, editing, repeating,
* 8hrs voice and sound editing while shaping the story.

Martin (reminder - a director) hopes to demonstrate that there is a bright future for storytelling.

Well, Martin, you have undoubtedly demonstrated how creative Generative AI allows us to be. 👏🎬
