@johnpanio also mirror image's errata makes it reflexive too, so there should be no behavior difference between the two. if you gust before the reflexive trigger goes on the stack in either scenario the token wouldnt get temporary, right?
@johnpanio If you gust the only valid target on the bf in response to the conquer then it dosen't get temporary (cant finalize reflexive), but if you wait until the reflexive trigger is finalized on the stack and then gust the target the reflection should still get temporary because DAMAYC
@J_Kitans@Skarrow9@cread92 It amazes me to see people say this as if bungie didn't have 3 other games in dev for years that never saw the light of day, but the one that made it is at fault. You blame Marathon but not Matter? Not Destiny Payback? Gummybears? But sure, Marathon alone is what killed Destiny
@TiltedSquire@kalmresident@kushpatel Marathon entered production in 2019 and was an extraction shooter from the beginning. Sony didn't purchase Bungie until 2022.
@chooseliberty@BradenMTG@DatIanDude The idea is that you dont get to play any number of actions uncontested. When you have focus you either can start one chain or pass. During a chain you can hold priority to play multiple reactions in a row but once the chain resolves your opponent gets focus to start a chain
@chooseliberty@BradenMTG@DatIanDude and the chain resolves. Once this chain resolves, and only this chain attacker retains focus so they can play an Action/Reaction/etc. Its there so that an attack/defend trigger dosen't auto-skip an attacker's focus
@chooseliberty@BradenMTG@DatIanDude 343.1 refers only to the initial chain. As an example if you swing in with Anivia, Attacker starts with priority and focus. Anivia's ability goes onto the chain since its a "when I attack". Then attacker can play reactions, or pass priority, defender can play reactions, 1/2
@FabioLamanna6@brandon__logan@AikadoLoR Not sure which part is confusing you here, if you missed the article from riot, here you go. Units absolutley can get negative might, and repeated frigid touch in response to the vi trigger is a -4 might debuff on a 3 might card, resulting in -1 doubling
https://t.co/P3lZaU9h3B
@FabioLamanna6@brandon__logan@AikadoLoR The idea that cards cant go below 0 might is wrong. If a 1 might unit gets hit by a -3 might debuff its might is -2. To get it back to 1 it will need a +3 buff. The part that confuses people is that for combat damage (and only combat damage), negative might is treated as zero
@FabioLamanna6@brandon__logan@AikadoLoR Frigid Touch does not have the "to a minimum of 1" stipulation that many Origins cards did. If you repeat it on Vi she has -1 Might, and that doubles to -2
@Eduino96@KingRichard The dash has no charge system, it just generates a lot of heat. You can spam it as many times as you have heat (at base twice). In the clip he air dashes into the window, slides through the door and then dashes in the room, when he overheats
@achoexodia@AikadoLoR@playriftbound Before the first trigger would kill the unit, cleanup would occur, at which point you'd have to use the legend to save it, and then the second separate trigger would target and kill the unit. Now both hits land during a single spell, after which the unit dies and can be saved
@Lil_Luna_IRL@finegodmother Genuinely when is she laughing? The voice laughing ain't hers and the only time she even opens her mouth is clearly saying words not laughing
@NakaStream@NerfAurelion@AzaKayn I like Arcane, but its biggest strength was not being tied to the canon and telling the stories they want. Making it mainline canon was the biggest fumble they could have made because now there are a million boring lore implications that demand answers and won't get any
@NakaStream@NerfAurelion@AzaKayn 3 paragraphs okay. Quick questions for you. How does Camille exist if Hextech didn't exist until Arcane? What is Skarner if the Brackern aren't the source of hex crystals? How are Renatta and Jayce connected if she's not a chem baron at any point during his life?
@NoelRoope @Observer194 Famously Apolitical game Warhammer 40k that would never even once make reference to real world politics. Anyway here is a surely unrelated mini
