@Owen0to1 @TannerBuilds Heck ya man, the learning especially for a business type degree was extermely meh unless dream is accounting or something more technical. Just be intentional along the way to grow community with you, “9-5” makes it hard to get the focused time needed. Spend time & money on it 👍

(Unless you already have that group still in your hometown, online is notsame) Have your whole life to work like a dog

@RandallHouseRE Need for more contractors garages/ affordable small warehousing. Ones we are in are getting sold out as soon as they start advertising. Single family homes as well, they are trying to push everyone into townhouses here

@RandallHouseRE It’s solid, more did it for family need vs investment but think it will have some tailwinds regardless. Roger fits a good niche of less expensive the Bentonville but still family oriented. Rogers has a lot of Hispanic migration as well.
