After giving birth, a woman's internal wounds take six months to heal, 12 months for physical recovery, two years for hormonal balance, and up to five years to rediscover her identity. Relationships frequently fail during this time due to a lack of understanding. Be kind and patient with new mothers; they are facing more challenges than it appears.
BREAKING:

Just living, breathing, and finally enjoying life the way we were meant to.
So yesterday PCOS was renamed to PMOS. After 11 years and about 22,000 people fighting for it.
If you’re one of the women who was told to just lose weight or come back when you want children, the reason it was renamed is going to make a lot of things make sense.

This comment is a textbook example of whataboutism and how non-South Africans have weaponized white people against our local grievances. Fork in the kitchen.
When we raise a specific issue - such as the impact of undocumented migration or crime in local communities, their favourite response or talking point is "But what about white people?", because they do not want to engage with the subject at hand. They want to deflect.
Foreigners fail to understand that addressing the legacy of white nationalism and managing immigration crisis and crime are not mutually exclusive. We do not have to choose between fighting racism and demanding rule of law. These are parallel challenges that both require urgent attention in our young democracy.
This gaslighting mechanism about Orania is getting pathetic and tired because you are deflecting from the African immigrants who harm local communties and try to tell us about a minority of random Boers who do not live in proximity to the majority of our population unlike thousands of these Africans who are in the townships or towns and engaging in illegal activities.
Honestly, foreigners are very manipualtive for silencing South Africans who are frustrated by people who sell drugs in their communities, sell counterfeit/fake food products that have also killed many people, rob people, vandalize our infrastructure, traffick our women, and all kinds of inhumane crimes. The constant provocation is getting out of hand but let's ignore all of this and talk about the three or four Boer people living on a desert and singing De La Rey in their khaki shorts?
If you complain about safety issues or the impact of undocumented migration, a weaponized response might be: "Why are you obsessed with other Africans when Orania is right there?" ----- DEFLECTION!!!!
Nobody cares about that random farm in the middle of nowhere and not even the majority of white people want to live there but you foreigners are so obsessed with the narrative of a "white-only separatist town" and love to sensationalize it so much while the rest of the country does not lose anything from it.
Orania is clearly an emotionally-charged flashpoint and many foreigners are weaponizing it to practice selective outrage that would silence other legitimate concerns in our country. This is commonly used as a "gotcha" tactic to shut us down or minimize our frustrations. They do not bring any other rebuttal or argument to the table.
Foreigners (including the quoted woman) are not in a position to talk to us about having energy for anyone when many of you fled your own homelands and have all those flags in your bio yet you live in Europe - among your European colonizers. Having a moral high ground while you live in the UK is a fucking joke!
There is no retreat from where our people stand. There is no regret in our conviction. South Africans demanding safety is a basic right. One grievance does not invalidate the other.
The ignorance of people in the comments section saying, “Is it safe to use such a hospital?” is shocking. They seem to forget that the most specialised medical treatments in South Africa are often carried out in public hospitals. They also forget that even with medical aid, patients are sometimes transferred from private hospitals to public ones for specialised treatment, as public hospitals have the most experienced doctors and the most advanced facilities for complex cases.
