The company developing it always does their own research and it's reviewed by third parties after to ensure efficacy. That's why it requires an approval process. It's how everything exists in medicine.

Antidotal observation isn't research. It requires MANY test subjects under controlled circumstances.

@Warren2222 @fordnation Well yes and no. Of vaccinated, 6-16% can be infected (depending on date they got the vaccine). Assuming even 100% asymptomatic, max would be 6-16%. Unvaccinated have a 40% chance of asymptomatic infection, more than double the rate of possible infections for vaccinated.

@Lemmonhead16 @fordnation mRNA does not enter a cells nucleus and therefore can not alter genes. Gene therapy consists of replacing defective genes with new ones. Not how the vaccine works.

You should have a vague understanding of things before you post them on the internet.
