1.5 yrs ago Levi was 39th in SLC XC in 25:32, way behind guys he just beat. Didn't make ITF conference that yr. Didn't score in OTF conference. Last 6 months: 7th WAC indoor 5k 8th WAC outdoor 10k 15th WAC XC 29:54 10k 24:01 8k Kept buying in, kept working. So happy for him!

Hey @usatf why are you asleep at the wheel of this season and letting all these scrappy meets do it on their own? I'm a huge fan of @sound_running & @trialsofmiles1 and @CitiusMag, but don't we have a national governing body of the sport that's sponsored by Nike for a reason?
