@Uber what happened- used to be great. Now even customer service is terrible. 20+ minute eta’s only to have drivers cancel after all that time. And then terrible customer service experience.

@AskAmex @Chase @CapitalOne I wish there were. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to try and correct an issue on your site while booking a family trip. The problem kept getting worse the longer i spent on the phone to the point that I could no longer book the trip
