Earlier this year we announced that Qubic would begin halving cycles. Today we are pleased to release the halving schedule.

Every 52 Epochs, the emissions will be cut by 50%. Currently we have approximately 850bn coins released each week, but by around Epoch 279 this would be reduced to approximately 53bn a week.

The halving schedule has been designed with all stakeholders in mind and is to ensure the continued growth of the Qubic ecosystem.
