But that is the minority NOT a majority of the homeless population downtown, and saying anything to the contrary is just a poor excuse of “reporting” and frankly is a lie.

@trista_rhea4 @Cyn_1005 I worked at a window 10ft from Washington St Mon-Fri for 3 years. once a day there was some incident or altercation, i would say once a week there were police called. And with frequency there were homeless people completely lost in whatever drug they were on in the street
