2 days b4 my ✈️, AA solicited me 2 voluntarily change ✈️ 4 $150 credit. I accepted & changed ✈️. Credit was never issued. I waited 2 escalate until after completing my travel w AA, 2 ensure smooth return. Why is a solicited offer not being honored?

Update: AA now claims I had 2 verbally request $150 credit at airport—despite no written instructions, receipt, or confirmation. I contacted AA multiple times & never told this.
