Isn’t the end product still very low in PUFAs though? The cow, even though it isn’t fed well, still does a lot of work for us and gets most PUFAs out when it ruminates. I’m not sure many people can afford butter that would be $5/stick. Kerri gold is probably good enough especially if it is instead of seed oils.
