@GrabMY My driver called asking me to cancel the ride. As you can see from the picture below, he wasn't moving for a good 6 mins. He said he took a wrong turning and will take 20 mins to reach me. Why am I charged the cancellation fees?

@GrabMY I booked Grab at 4:25pm. Called driver multiple times and texted multiple times with no reply. Driver cancelled my booking. Why I am being asked to pay late booking??
The location is in a school. The guards confirmed that the vehicle did not enter the school.
