Yesterday I had the privilege to appear before the Senate Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations to present a memorandum on the County Government Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2024 (Senate Bill No. 52 of 2024).

Last Thursday, I graduated with a second master's from Radboud University, a Master of Science in International Development.

I tend to agree with my brother on this to the extent that jurisdiction of a court is not based on the person of the judge but the court as an institution. Constitutionally, the qualifications for a judge of the HC and of a special court are the same thus similar competence.
@JoFwaKe My brother @OolaAlvin captured my reasoning with precision. Many have understood the paper as challenging judicial specialization which is actually not the case.
Things that excite me:
Students taking the time to engage with court decisions,
Disagreeing with a judge (in this case, the judges of SCORK),
Offering reasons for the disagreement.
