I retract this! ^ @BandQ are also useless. After a week of going through their customer service process - they say the liability is solely with @CleverSpaUk . It seems the faulty product is no ones responsibility

@CleverSpaUk - It has now been around 6 weeks of unanswered emails and calls to claim on a supposed “warranty” the hot tub came with. Every time I have called they hung up on me after an hour - 5 times! Very disappointed @BandQ is partnered with such a cowboy of a company !
