Appalling service yet again by @Qantas. I’m charged for a ticket that isn’t issued (Qantas’s fault), yet I’m told it will take 8 weeks to get my money back.

@Qantas We booked a flight earlier and have been issued with an e-ticket. In the Qantas site it shows my flight bookings unable to sell.
We’ve been told our booking will be cancelled. We then have to wait 8 weeks to get our money back. Unacceptable. Please reply. @acccgovau
