Well, that’s it. 25 Miles In August done for Mind, with a planned Autumn one in November, a planned Winter one for next February and a planned Spring one for next May, which ties in with Mental Health Week next year too for my personal reasons and to help all those out there too.

@CUnderwoodUK It’s hard admittedly to be bereaved by suicide and I know how it feels, because I was in that position, before and it’s not very nice and I spent a year of being in depression by trying to get out of it and now I’m better than I have ever been. Much more in fact.
