Not shaving & not wearing makeup isn’t an action. It’s a non-behavior. This lack of action is viewed as masculine bc patriarchy says men aren’t supposed to be concerned w such “frivolous” things *and* bc women aren’t allowed to simply *be*. This is tripled for marginalized women.

A lot of autistic people have the ability to work, but cannot actually work because work environments are generally inaccessible to them. Just because someone is able to perform a particular job role, that’s not to say they’re able to (or should) deal with all that comes with it.
