@cmarie243 literally same I tried reading it years ago and I gave up like 1/5 of the way through. I even tried the audio book but I learned I can't listen to audiobooks bc I zone out... the ebook definitely made it more palatable though ITS SO GOOD GIVE ME UR LIVE REACTS

@cmarie243 yeah my first cosmere book was actually tress of the Emerald sea LOOOOOOOL so I really didn't know what I was getting into. SA is a behemoth though for sure. i see the hardcover copy and I'm like "that is a LOT of pages"

@cmarie243 reading it on ebook is actually so clutch too bc the ability to ctrl+f names or proper nouns to find them earlier in the book is so nice

@cmarie243 it's for sure a slow start but it gets GOING!! It also has insane world building which I'm a sucker for. I'm trying to read the rest of the cosmere books now so I started mistborn bc I read I should finish that before the rest of stormlight
