God is so good.

If you’ve been following along with us this last week in regards to Clark’s diagnosis of Sanfilippo, you may remember me saying that currently there is no FDA approved treatment for this condition. In just a week since getting his diagnosis, this gives us an incredible feeling of hope.

This morning it was announced that the pharmaceutical company Ultragenyx has officially filed for approval of their gene therapy which has showed great results in their clinical trials.

If approved, this will be the first commercially available treatment for Sanfilippo which Clark would be able to receive.

I really believe this is the power of prayer. Thank you to everyone for those prayers and for any donations that have been made to the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation which has been a huge driving force in financing this research.

I can never express to you all how thankful we are for the love and support we have received 💜
