As AI makes execution cheap, coordination becomes the real cost. Market based management (thanks Charles Koch) gets more relevant. Companies start to look like markets not org charts.

As we all become orchestrators, we’ll see why big organizations like the government aren’t productive. Instead of typical hierarchy structure, we’ll look to market based management models as more effective.
