Depression isn’t just sadness.
It’s:
Believing you’re the problem.
Staring at your phone but not replying.
Feeling exhausted after doing nothing.
Not recognising yourself.
Snapping at people you love.
Feeling guilty for existing.
Convinced yourself everyone secretly dislikes you.
Depression isn’t always tears.
Sometimes it’s numbness.
WHY AM I SO FAR BEHIND EVERYONE MY AGE WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ME TO DO THE SAME THINGS AS EVERYONE ELSE WHY CANT I JUST BE NORMAL AND NOT STRUGGLE OR BE SCARED OF EVERYTHING
the hardest thing i've learned is that, you can’t make someone communicate and work things out. you can't beg for someone to see that you are worth fighting for.
I’ve realized a lot of men really don’t like women being women anymore. Women can’t complain, can’t be a lil dramatic sometimes, can’t be sensitive, etc…. It’s almost like they want to be in a relationship with a man.
