1. Write the functional code for the feature or problem
2. Make the code easier to read and maintain
3. Optimize the code for CPU/RAM consumption
๐ช This process forces you to review your code and test it many times which results in better code.
๐ค What process do you use?
@IndieAhmed ๐ Yeah, that sounds cool, but I'm not really a nomad myself, I work mostly from home.
๐ค I do have the option to nomad around, though, so I might try it.
๐ป Freelancing in the embedded seems weird, but here's where it works:
๐ธYou need a small team to prototype a new project
๐ธYou need an expert to help with a topic
๐ธYou want to outsource a task
๐ค What other scenarios can you think about?
๐ช It's essential to get out of your comfort zone daily.
๐ฆท For example I wash my teeth with my off-hand.
๐ก Initially this was incredibly hard, I used my whole body to do this but now it's almost natural.
๐ค What small things do you do daily to get out of your comfort zone?
๐ก Marketing is hard for technical founders.
๐ Programming is hard for non-technical founders.
๐คท Get a co-founder that is good at what you suck at and call it a day.
๐ Sometimes we quit too early.
๐ค Sometimes we quit too late.
๐จโ๐ญ I don't necessarily mean a job.
๐คท It could be a personal project, a business, anything.
๐ฟ Choosing when to quit seems like a nightmare for any startup founder.
