@IngrahamAngle @seanhannity here’s the full story only to find out tonight some cards still do not work for these families. Want to help them get presents for their children? https://t.co/On2MxIbfG1

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

Once again @SamsClub told us 130 cards were activated 4 72 needy families (214 kids) & we gave the families a go ahead to use them to only find out AGAIN some are NOT. 5 days until Christmas & families are STILL w/out gifts. @IngrahamAngle @seanhannity want a story? @ABC7Chicago

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

@justinmcmurtrey @SamsClub @samsclubhelp We still have 72 families(214 kids)that have inactive gift cards & no answers from you on how this will be resolved. You have $13,000 these families have nothing. Christmas is a week a way. Overnight the cards so we can give them Christmas

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

@SamsClub @samsclubhelp @Walmart Stores will be closing soon & 72 families (214 kids) will not be able 2 buy Christmas gifts 4 another day. You have $13,000 & families have empty cards. U have not returned our calls or have a solution. Simple 1 - reissue cards & overnight them.

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

Last weekend for families to buy Christmas gifts and @SamsClub still is leaving 214 kids without Christmas gifts. They say it’ll be resolved….4 days ago…still waiting. They have $13,000 from a church and these families have nothing on their cards. @elonmusk know anyone?

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

@samsclubhelp We’ve tried for 4 days with 4 different supervisors telling us they will help us with no call back. You guys have $13,000 we have 0 for families in need. A mother went to shop for her child and when checking out had to put everything back. Heartbreaking. @samsclubhelp

[Alexis Rodriguez @lexrod06]

@SamsClub @Walmart - We spent $13,000 worth of gift cards for families in need. They go to use the cards and they are inactive. No one @SamsClub has been able to help us resolve this. A week before Christmas and 72 families totaling 214 kids will be without gifts. @elonmusk
