Supremely disappointed because @easyJet was to get me home september 30 London southend and never arrived in Luton until October 2nd after 12am.. no more trains running and the figure offered does not reimburse what it end up costing for me to be in country the extra days

only for @easyjet then to process compensation under EU regulations and offer way below what was promised at airport when staff told us 3-5 days to process payment after submitting claim. only to get a reply saying 7-14 days and the figure way below what was promised

@easyjet crazy barcelona flight to london southend we told by staff u getting 600 euros not to board because there were 50 seats not working then told when we insisted to get on board that it was an emergency door not working so plane would not be able to fly with added people
