Our whole pavement is now degraded and dangerous to residents as a result of your contractors work. Just a couple more photo below:

@SP_EnergyPeople It is disappointing thar @ScottishPower don't allow for you to ask for your credit back if you raise a complaint, which means they hold onto your credit when you may need it and effectively punish people who have complained.

@SP_EnergyPeople I have been cut off during conversations with your advisers twice over 24hrs. I just want someone to refund my full credit & to explain why the credit amount you are offering is lower than that of my recent bill which has an accurate reading.
