Make it be able to communicate to cursor website? its annoying that i need to relogin in cursor through grok bot for things like setting up secrets for environments (asked to setup cursor project by grok bot and needed to provide secrets to it and its only through cursor website so login was needed) or other things that i can do in cursor account

I did 80g/h, but basically i've trained it for these weeks and I did what I trained for nutrition.

Also my race plan was to run first 10k at 4:20, then see heart rate (should be below lactate threshold) and how i feel and speedup or slow down depending on it. Then when it gets hard just chase people in front of me and focus on this. When it got hard, it really helped me a lot

I've connected garmin with training peaks and agent to help me plan better running routes.

My trainer is building the program for me and every Sunday i'm doing long runs. I've asked to build a route for my 26k run through the beach and dunes.

Then asked to adjust it based on my previous runs and it did! It added water stations as well, and it ended up with a perfect route. So basically one ask and the course is ready to run and saved in my watch already

Part of the route is hidden for obvious reasons :)
